Real time connection for my facilities

Hi everyone, i'm Alessandro and i need support to configure a real time connection in my facilities fo a temperature sensor of my room. I'm trying to simulate a digital twin that can cope with real variable solar radiation and process every 15 min data. I will use Matlab or Python to adjust parameter and after that i want to send those to tandem in same way. Now, i'm using postman with a .csv file but i can't configure that type of real time link.
