We are looking to introduce a quick process for creating spaces within Autodesk Tandem. We would like to understand priorities, needs, preferences, and the frequently added attributes or metadata to a space during the digital twin build process. To provide a better experience, we have a few questions we would like to ask.
- When you create a new space in Tandem, what information would you prioritise entering first? E.g Name, size? Why is this information important to you?
- Do you find it necessary to create multiple spaces at once? If yes, how many spaces do you typically need to create in one session? What challenges do you face when creating multiple spaces in a regular authoring tool?
- What types of shapes would you like to be able to create for spaces in Tandem (e.g., rectangular, round, cone, cylinder)? Can you provide examples of scenarios where these shapes would be useful?
- How would you prefer to select and define different shapes for spaces (e.g., drop-down menu with predefined shapes, drawing tools to sketch the shape)? Why do you prefer this method?
- Any other Spaces related feedback or suggestions you might have for us?
Many thanks!
