Can you please advise how to get the new Excel and Revit plugins for Tandem? I haven't been able to locate them so far.

looking at the roadmap, these items are listed as launched, so I assumed that meant they were no longer in beta. is that not the case?

Hi Johnathan, 

 

I confirmed with the team that the Revit add-on and Excel add-on for Tandem are in Beta.

 

I can see how this would be confusing and have brought it to the team's attention so they are aware that this is not as clear as it should be. My apologies for any confusion.

Hello, the Excel Add-in version Autodesk.Tandem.for_.Excel_.0.2.0.6.msi does not install for me.

I have Excel 64-bit installed and I have Administrator privileges.

As soon as I double-click to run the installer, the message regarding "Autodesk Tandem for Excel Setup Wizard ended prematurely" is displayed. Refer to the attached image. Can someone please confirm this install version works. Thanks.

I created a support case 14 days ago, then escalated to the Autodesk escalation team and still no reply and the ticket is still unassigned.
