languages and type parameters

hi,

 

we work in french version here and i wonder why the parameters in Tandem is sometimes in english and/or french.

Also, some valid type parameters appear in filter but not in schedule.

 

any tips to fix this?

Hi @Yien_Chao ,

 

Our library (predefined set) of parameters will appear in English, and if Custom parameters are created in French, they will appear in French when applied to the class in the facility template.

 

For "some valid type parameters appear in the filter but not in schedule," I'm not sure what you mean by this. Could you elaborate more on what you are experiencing? If you could provide screenshots as well, that would be helpful.

the parameter is valid (Commentaires du type), bu i won't show in the schedule.

The items in the column on the left are available to be added to the schedule. The columns on the right, are the ones that have been added to the schedule and therefore can be viewed.

 

If you click the "+" sign as pictured and then save, it should appear in the schedule. Click here to learn more on our AKN site.

sounds crazy.. no it doesnt add to the schedule after the + sign.  i've tried on other pc too.

Hi @Yien_Chao,

 

That is strange, I'm assuming this is for your account, or is this for a facility that you have been added to in someone else's account? It very well could be a lack of permissions granted if you were added to the facility.

If you have been added to this facility I would reach out to the account admin to see if they can update your permissions. If this is your account or you are still not able to do this after having more permissions granted, please submit a support case here. I will keep an eye out for it to make sure that it doesn't sit idle.
