Hi

I have no option to import models from BIM360 EU servers.

Is that option currently unavailable or where can I find that it?

Hi Björn,

Unfortunately, uploading from BIM 360 to Tandem is not currently available to EU customers. The current workaround for this is to download the Revit Files and manually upload them to Tandem.

If you have any other questions, let me know. You can also submit feedback and suggestions by visiting our Published Road Map and clicking "+Submit Idea."

Hello,

The Autodesk Assistant has referred me to this post to ask the following question:

When I upload a Revit file from my computer to Autodesk Tandem, where is it being hosted, in US servers or Europe servers? (I live in France).

Sincerely,

Bernardino

Hi @bernardino_garciaquiros,

Tandem is hosted in the US. Support for an EU data center is being considered, but there is no ETA at this time.

Hi,

Thank you for the answer.

Does it mean that if the US government ask you for our data, you have to give it to them?

(This is the reason my IT service is telling me not to use it. Having the server in Europe would make any difference?)

Sincerely,

Bernardino
