Imoprt the IFC or rvt to Autodesk Tendom

HI,

 

I am facing a problem uploading the IFC, or rvt to  Autodesk Tendom.

I am not able to see the model / or it shows a yellow screen.

 

Any solution ?

Hello All!

There are a couple of resolutions for this depending on the source of the problem.

  1. Often the default view for a model is super zoomed in, which, if an element is colored, can cause the viewer to appear in a shaded color with no asset details. Try zooming out in the viewer or pressing your keyboard's "F" key to resolve this. This will bring the entire model into view.
  2. In this case, the user's graphics card was the issue. For this, please check the manufacturer's website for the graphics card for assistance with troubleshooting.
