Hello Tandem,
I have prepared documentation for two scenarios involving sensor placement—vertical and horizontal—within the room to create a heatmap gradient. Case 1. While the horizontal configuration functions as expected, Case 2. the vertical configuration does not reflect proper color variation according to temperature ranges.
Kindly clarify the backend logic and how Tandem intends the heatmap to be presented to users.
My current priority is to implement a vertical heatmap gradient within the same room, or alternatively inside a control-panel box
