Hi @mauricio_moura ,

Based on the images you have provided (Thank you!), my first guess is that the models are misaligned. I would check to make your model and shared coordinates to make sure they are correct. Are the models being uploaded via Docs or directly from your computer? If the models are coming in from Docs, do they appear correctly in Docs? If not, they will not appear correctly in Tandem, and something is not set correctly in the models.

For more information on this, I would review the Shared Coordinates in Tandem forum post. If this issue persists after reviewing the forum post and checking your models, please let me know.

Jessica! Thanks for your reply. They are at the same Base point, and topographic point we've already checked this, we also use Navisworks for compatibilization, and they look aligned. The main point is the Internal Origin Point (Revit) is not the same, maybe that is the problem? If it is, there's some way to change for base point project?

Hi @mauricio_moura ,

Yes, the Internal Origin Point of the models being different will affect the alignment of the models in the viewer.

To correct this, you will have to relocate the model. Below are some resources on how to do this.
