Authentication/Page timeout error

For the past few weeks, each time I come back to Tandem that is in an always open tab, it looks to have timed out.

I've not yet checked if this occurs during each day, but it certainly does when I come back the following day. This tab is in a browser which is closed each day, and when the browser is started again the last tabs I had open are reopened.

 

In the URL bar the page redirects to:

tandem.autodesk.com/callback?error=invalid_request&error_description=invalid+signature

 

And in the page is simply says:

Token parsing failed

 

This doesn't feel as though it should be occurring as it isn't an elegant redirect, but rather feels more like a browser problem. But I don't know what.

 

Seeking some thoughts on what this could be?
