I started a batch rendering, and created quite a few new Named Views. After a while, I noticed little to no progress was being made on the renders. I thought maybe restating Fusion would help. However, before being able to quit, the “Save & Quit” window popped. I waited a while for the various versions to finish uploading, but noticed that there was absolutely no progress being made on the upload. I also noticed that the UP stream on my Network Meter was not showing the kind of load expected for uploading these versions to the cloud.
With that, I decided to quit and restart Fusion anyway, and live with the consequences. Upon restarting Fusion, this Job Status window popped up, showing me that Fusion had kept memory of needing to upload these versions. However, after waiting awhile, I noticed no progress being made in uploading. So, I again restarted Fusion. Job status window popped up again, but this time progress was made on one of the versions. However, once that upload finished, none of the others started up. So, again, I restarted Fusion, and again, one of the versions started and
finished uploading. I had to do this for each one of the versions until all were completed.
I took the liberty to get a Diagnostic Report from Fusion while this was going on, just in case (attached).
Also attached, is an image of it happening, if that's at all helpful...
Thank you for reporting this issue. I'm seeing the below error in the log files.

I will need to ask for some help to better understand what that error message is telling me; however, I probably won't be able to do that until tomorrow.
I can see there are about 4 files stuck in the upload queue. Could you try some of the suggestions in the below link?
Please note that option 3 may lead to a loss of those pending versions so use that option with caution, or as a last resort if you don't care about those versions (or if you know the versions in the cloud are good).
I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
