I can't log in to fusion because the chat system believes my edu access hasn't been verified, while the downloads page tells me it is valid until next year. The chat system doesn't allow for any interaction with Autodesk personnel, which means it isn't possible to remidy this.
I would like to suggest to add a way to contact someone when such an issue has occurred.
ps. I am the person administering Autodesk software for the school I represent, and have been for many years.
