I like the ability to manage users by sorting them into different teams under the user management area. The limitation on having to move a full subscription between teams to distribute seats is terrible. I need the ability to move any quantity of seats between teams. Getting support to help is hit or miss as I've been able to have support split a subscription so individual seats could be moved, but this process shouldn't be required. Show More

Autodesk Construction Cloud - DOCS   Would be really helpful to have the possibility to hide the Issue pushpin in all models saved in the Docs space. Add the possibility to download previous updates for Vault products, directly from the Autodesk account on "https://manage.autodesk.com/home".   Currently, it is only possible to download current updates for Vault products. For example, for version 2023, it is currently possible to download updates 2023.3 and 2023.3.1. However, I'd like to download Vault Client updates 2023.2 and 2023.2.1 so that I can reinstall a workstation with the updates currently present on the Vault server (ADMS).   Show More

Hi, I would like to mention that we're struggling to remove a version of AutoCadLT when you have versions AutoCad LT 2024 and LT 2025 running in a "side by side" mode , but you just need to remove LT2024 to save some space, then your LT 2025 stop working because you just uninstalled many parts of your Autodesk Licensing without the options to repair it. We're currently on this dilema, as about 100 users have this scenario in a Production environment and we need to remove only LT20204. As they can't remove it by themselves, because of the lack of admin rights it will also be not possible remoting those machines if it will break LT2025 when manually uninstalling LT2024. With the Windows Troubleshooter tool that's not a tool we're allowing on our secured environment, I can't even think if all this users may need to re-image their machines because a piece of software can't be correctly uninstalled? I thought that Autodesk had some innovative way's to produce a Removal Tool that will prevent this kind of cases, since both applications can be installed side by side. And if this will not be the case or if it breaks functionalities between versions, then don't allow the "side by side" on future versions, and we will fully migrate to the newest version every time, instead of dealing with issues every single version, or provide a smart clean-up tool that will target only the version we need to remove. I work for an IT support company that supports Revit. We often deploy various versions of Autodesk software to multiple computers. Every deployment we get one or two machines where Revit is not fully installed because something has failed during the installation process, without notifying us.  It is often too late by the time the customer finds out the issue, leaving us having to do a reinstall during business hours, which could be anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours.              Show More

As Companies get bigger and bigger, there must be a solution to manage License assignments with just one click. A new employee would be assigned a bunch of different licenses based on his job and title. or an old employee leaving the company and we would like to remove all of his accounts. So for Autodesk at this instance, there should be an API Access for the License Management Portal of the Company Account that links this process to a custom software built by the company for managing its licenses. Hey Autodesk,   I want to use the image below as an example. This image is the email response I received from your excellent support team regarding one of my open tickets. Can you help me identify the subject of my support ticket by looking at this image? It looks quite difficult at first glance, and without the ticket number visible, it seems almost impossible to figure out. I use this example because navigating through emails to determine which ticket the team is addressing can be a significant time drain when working with your ticketing system, especially if multiple tickets are open. This becomes even more challenging when tickets need to be shared with teams for training purposes to prevent recurring issues. Instead of linking all replies and responses, which can be a cumbersome task, we often opt not to do so, leading to your support team receiving repeated inquiries. Why disrupt a system that already works well? Maintaining the entire email thread from start to finish allows for easy scrolling to access all relevant information related to the ticket, enabling us to self-educate our teams and reserve Autodesk support for genuine issues. In the settings for the Desktop App there are only one check box for turning on or off notifications that is for both new products and updates.  The company I work for has its own ecosystem for new software, so I dont need notifications for those. Currently we have this issue where we have expiring licenses shown in our overview, but it seems that it's not possible to see which users are affected from this, as we can't see which users got this expiring licenses assigned (that's what we were told by the chat support). As you can quickly see in MANY forum posts (https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autodesk-desktop-app/bd-p/971 ), the ADA wrongly suggests to update programs that we already have installed the latest updates. I think a workaround may be to manually right-click the icon in the taskbar tray and hit "Check now", but this should all be always automatic...else what is the point of this app anyway, when we could just be going to our online account. Also if we click update, it should check whether we've already done so before going ahead and downloading, installing, and failing because it's already updated. Show More

If a user runs 2 or more version of Revit at once (ex. running Revit 2022 and Revit 2023 simultaneously,) they are breaching the Autodesk terms of use.  One statement in the terms of use even forbids users from having more than 1 Revit version installed on their workstation at a time:   "If You receive an Update or Upgrade for any Software, You may install and use both the previous version and the new version of the Software for testing and migration purposes for a maximum of 120 days (beginning on the first installation date for the new version), provided that, during such 120-day period, You do not use both versions concurrently for production use. After such 120 days, (i) Your (including Your Authorized Users’) right to access and use such previous version will end, and (ii) You must stop all access to and use of the previous version (including all access and use by Your Authorized Users), uninstall all copies of the previous version, and, at Autodesk’s request, destroy any such copies or return them to Autodesk or the reseller from which You acquired the Offering."   Please allow Revit users to install and open multiple Revit year versions at once.  Revit users can already open multiple Revit windows at once so why would it make a difference to open 2 versions simultaneously?.  It would be very helpful to open multiple versions of Revit at once.  There is no reason for preventing paying customers from using the software they purchased.
