I work for an IT support company that supports Revit. We often deploy various versions of Autodesk software to multiple computers. Every deployment we get one or two machines where Revit is not fully installed because something has failed during the installation process, without notifying us. It is often too late by the time the customer finds out the issue, leaving us having to do a reinstall during business hours, which could be anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
