Click to Call from Autodesk Chat Support

While we are connected to a chat agent when requesting Autodesk Account, there are some instances where the chat needs to be routed to an expert to further hash out a potential solution. It would be interesting to see if there's a way to initiate a callback from the chat function and carryover information about my pre-existing support case to the agent on the phone.
