Trying to switch to subscription

When trying to switch from a multiuser license to a single user on subscription I am having issues.  I followed all the directions here:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to...

When I restart the software, I only get the option to select multi user.  After multiple re-boots and restarts, I got the notice that I was not connected to the internet.  However, that is not true. I can access multiple websites.

When I call IT, they are going to tell me I have internet access.  Has anyone had this issue before and were you able to fix it?  How?

Is there some special port or IP address I need to make sure I have access to?  Our firewall is the stuff of legend.

It is all version 2020 - Vault Pro and AutoCAD with specialized tool sets.

I reached out to the help desk and it got elevated to a specialist but I have not heard back and its going on 24 hours I cannot use the software.  Getting a little frustrated.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous,

I just wanted to check in with you and see if the information that @mdavis22569 helped you out? If not, did you hear back from the technician wou were working with? If you have a case number I can look it up for you.

Best,

@Tiana_Y  no one from autodesk reached out to me.  I had our IT department work on it and they were able to make some changes that allow it to work.
