Problems with license renewal

Hello, From our company we have been trying to contact the salesperson who managed the license for us last time but it has been impossible. Tomorrow the license expires and we want to renew perhaps with the multi-user option. How can we do it?

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

If you purchased through a reseller you will have to work with them. 

 

We had extended the ability to purchase new multi-user subscription plans to August 7, 2020 and moved the retirement to August 7, 2021. While we communicated that we would begin transitioning customers to named user starting May 7, 2020, we do not want to introduce a change at a time when business-as-usual is hard enough. Is the reseller still in business? Can you reach a general phone number for them rather than the specific person?
