Is it possible for me to use a single email for multiple seats?

Acad LT 2012 would be a perpetual license so I'm trying to figure out what the email has to do with this.  Can you explain what you're after?

I think that's 12 seats of AutoCAD LT, not AutoCAD LT 2012.

No, you need to assign each license to a Named User:

I moved your question to the Subscription changes board because in my opinion your question is related to changes we are running.

If you are looking for simple answer, so I would say no, all users should transferred to Named users with their own(corporate) email.
