If your multi-user contract expires after May 7th 2020. You will be eligible for the 2 for 1 offer. But if you renew the contract early, before May 7th. You won't get the 2 for one.

Adding to @AllenJessup post for a clarification
If your current multi-user subscription renewal comes before May 7th 2020 you can renew it for another year. The following year it will be considered your first renewal and you still get the 2 for 1 deal. However if you elect to renew your current one again prior to May 2021, then you lost the right to get the 2 for 1 deal.
If your current multi-user subscription renewal comes after May 7th 2020 you can still renew it for another year but you lost the right to get the 2 for 1 deal.
Although resellers are not currently ready or have the info to process the 2 for 1 deal (from what I've heard), but if you do elect to trade in before May 7th time frame you will only get a 1 for 1 deal. This is what @AllenJessup is pointing out.
