Autodesk to Extend Multi-User Retirement and Trade-in Offer

Hello everyone,

We are turning a corner on the pandemic, and many of our customers are more prepared to transition to named user.

However, we understand that companies worldwide continue to face challenges brought on by the pandemic. As a follow-up to the extended timeline we announced in November and to continue supporting customers who need more time, we are making the following changes starting February 25, 2022:

  • Annual multi-user subscriptions (including Extra Territory Rights) may be renewed until February 7, 2023.
    • What does this mean for you? If you have an active multi-user subscription, you can renew it until February 7, 2023.
  • The multi-user trade-in offer will be available until February 7, 2024.
    • What does this mean for you? If you have an active multi-user subscription, you can trade it in before February 7, 2024, and receive two named user subscriptions (for one named user each) at a cost consistent with what you pay today.

Customers now have more flexibility with longer timelines to transition to named user.

Wishing you the best,
