I did this, but cannot find the offer of the initial deal which was in 2020. I had received an email offering a 5% max in 2 years increase in the subscription and I think it was good for 7 years. Does anyone know about this. I am trying to access if it was for 7 years?
@mjv123 I'm not sure Autodesk has ever offered any pricing scheme "good for 7 years" in it's corporate life, that sounds like financial suicide for a public company like them. Sorry.
Remember, unlike the good old days, your AutoCAD subscription is buying you access to 7 software packages and 1 add-on, whether you use them or not (and if you count MAC versions, that's two more software)
Do you need to look at the LT version of AutoCAD if you have no need for all of those 7 other packages?

Or is it time to leave the reservation

Best of luck.
The renewal SRP for subscriptions obtained through the trade-in offers will increase by no more than 5% in 2021, 2023, 2025, and 2027—with no changes in SRP for 2022, 2024, 2026 and 2028.
All customers taking a trade-in will have an ongoing renewal discount price through until 2028. This applies to already discounted subscriptions and subscriptions at SRP that are traded in.
I found this on the forum.
