Section design disappearing + access violation at address

Hi please see below.

This time I added my file.

I have a simple post tensioned beam member.  I added a cast in situ slab on top of the precast post tensioned beam.

I was busy with the loading section and analyzed for geometry to get the area of the two parts.  In the results it only gave the slab.  When I go into the section definition window, it gives this error.  After closing the program and opening it again, it still gives this error.

Please assist.

I have been trying to replicate this error but have had no luck in doing this.  I was hoping to save the file as a ".json" file so that I could examine the ASCI data to see if there was anything spurious there but unfortunately this does not seem to be available for British Standard models so I was not able to do this.  The data seems to have been corrupted at some stage but I don't know what sequence of steps has lead to this.  So the only suggestion I can make is for you to recreate the beam, keeping a record of the steps you went through, in case it happens again.  If it does then please send me these steps so that I can re-create it.  I will also need to know the geometry of the precast section as I can't see this.

I will definitely do that. 

This error has been coming up a few times actually.  Maybe I will start to record my sessions.  It is just one of those errors that happens during a specific sequence where the user just does something that has not been programmed(entering text in a integer defined box or something of this nature).  Usually very difficult to replicate.

It happened during tendon allocation(if I remember correctly) as well last week.  

I am busy going through the program extensively this coming weeks/months, so I foresee myself posting a lot of questions on here if I don't find the answers in the examples/help files or forums.
