Model Bridge & export to C3D

Dear SBD experts,

I do not know much about SBD but I would like to know if it is possible to make a model and export it to C3D for integrating into Corridor/road model.

Hi Ediriisa,

Thanks for this interesting question.  Autodesk Structural Bridge Design is a structural analysis and code checking software so does not contain detailed 3D model information that I think you are looking for in Civil3D.  However you can create complex 3D analytical models in ASBD and export them as lines and faces into s DXF file, which of course can be imported into Civil3D.  The coordinate system may not be consistent but I'm sure that can be addressed.

I hope this helps

Kind Regards
