Cubic QTVR Rendering Trouble

When we attempt to render the cubic QTVR, no output products are generated.  It used to generate a QuickTime Movie (MOV) file.  It seems to go through the rendering process, and even creates TEMP files in the save location, but when the rendering is complete, no final product (movie) exists and the TEMP files disappear.  Anyone have any idea how to solve this? 

It is not a licensing issue or an issue (ours is active) or an issue where we are saving it, we've tried multiple locations.  We have used Stitcher for many years and have not run into this problem until recently. We've also tried generating each file type, and the image products and VMRL file come out fine, but anything else we try to generate either errors out or does the problem described above.
