Not Importing 3DS Max Animation Clip

I've created an animated flag in Max but Stingray is not importing the animated clip. The flag has 300 frames so is there a limit?

Below is a link to the Max file.

Below is a link to the exported FBX file.

Here is the method I used in creating the flag with the exception of using the Garment Maker, I used a plane then divided it into 25x25.

Thanks,

Could you please post the FBX along with the dependencies? In particular when I try importing your FBX it is missing the file:

F:\Installs\AutoCAD Drawings\3D Civil View\materiallibraries\US-Flag.jpg

Perhaps when you prepare the FBX you can embed the textures?

The flag did import into Stingray however it was solid black since the texture was missing.

I have read the keyframes created from a Cloth Modifer Simulation in 3DS Max are different than standard animation keyframes. The simulated keyframes are not exporting to FBX so this is not a Stingray issue. When/if I find a workaround, I'll post it.

The best approach in 3ds Max would be to use bones with splineIK and a SkinWrap modifier which is capable to transfer your cloth simulation onto the 3ds Max bones. Skin is exported with the animation to stingray.

You can also enable it as apex cloth, and the flag will animate procedurally inside the engine, as you would with other simulation

Yes it does,  installing proper nvidia plugin and there are tutorials on how to do apex cloth simulation for 3ds max and follow the workflow for importing in engine.
