why some part of the surface model disapears when zoom in, in the 3ds max interacive?

Hi everyone, I am new guy for interactive.

I met a big problem. I imported a vessel model (just a surface) from 3ds max to interactive. When I view it from far, it shows the whole model, while I zoom in to be close to it, some parts of it disappears, like I can "see through" it (as attached pics show). How can I resolve the problem?

Thanks and regards,

Wei

because of camera view clipping settings,, either set the camera's fov... near plane and far plane. or Properly scale your models..in meters to avoid clipping.
