Tough Switch if Stingray Isn't Launched for OS X This August Almost Christmas

Hi Autodesk. Got to launch Stingray too for OS X coz' It'll be a tough switch from game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine (especially Unreal Enginr coz' of it's photorealistic renders) because Unreal works on OS X even on El Capitan and using Windows in Boot Camp would disrupt the workflow coz' you need to boot then back again if you're gonna' partner it with XCode

Also, a lot of Maya & Maya LT users are on OSX and the market is on iPhones & iPads (Apple Watch a bit too) wherein they build for XCode too with OS X's built-in Mail app on the ready in case to check questions, answers & feedbacks on the forums as well as a more secure way to log on to sites like github or Autodesk coz' of the fewer malwares on OS X vs. Windows where it's recommended to use an anti-keylogger to key in the passwords for the many logins you need to make.

Also there's usually issues wherein you built it in Windows exported it in the correct format and parameters and it's not corrupted then it doesn't work on another OS, this is also sometimes true vice versa. It's too risky coz' the best would be to develop in one OS and in one app (you have to merge Maya LT into Stingray) for maximum compatibility.

Lastly, it'd been a greater response by the community had Stingray launched for both OS X and Windows because Bitsquid and Maya LT are/were available for OS X and Windows anyway. A lot may need to wait for the OS X version (it truly has to be this August too coz' those using other engines and XCode will not be able to wait coz' it's Christmas time soon).

Hoping for your kind consideration (the market anyway is more on iPhone & iPad users who'll use these games or non-game apps say for interactive architectural apps made with Stingray and XCode.

God bless. Rev. 21:4

Currently we do not support Stingray on macs. If I can gather any more information on that I will pass it along when available. Thanks for the feedback as always!
