Move camera in Gear VR using Gear VR controller in 3ds max interactive
I have successfully created a simple project in 3ds max interactive from the template using gear VR. I added the oculus signature, the SDK and all the things related to Android. Plus, I successfully deployed and installed the generated application (.apk) on my Android S7 device. When I open the application it says "To open this application, insert your device into Gear VR", so I insert into my device and it works fine except for I cannot move. So I bought this controller:
I successfully connected it to my device and when I press the + button the volume increases, so I know it is working perfectly with my device while wearing the gear VR with my application running.
Can anyone please tell me how can I move my camera (walk in the scene created) using this controller? maybe to change something in Lua player script or anything that could get me moving. Or Is it better to get the Xbox controller? If yes, can you please tell how to get Xbox controller working too?
