Levels not loading editor in v1.6

Hi All,

Is anyone having the same problem after upgrading to v1.6?

Right now, my level viewport is stuck in constant loading and it's not showing the level and objects. However, when i build or F8 run the project, it works and renders properly.

Please do help!!!

---------------

Update: This happens even when i download and open the nav_flow online example provided by Autodesk.

Hello,

Do you get any errors in the log console? If so please post the full error log here.

Also, could you provide system details? (windows version, graphics card, driver version, etc)

-Thanks!

Andrew

You can also try window > reset layout

This often will fix this type of issue.

Two things to try:

Update your nvidia drivers - yours is relatively old.

Second, if that doesn't work, is to clear you Stingray appdata:

In your user folder under:

<user>/AppData/Local/Autodesk/Stingray...

Backup the existing Stingray folder, then delete it or rename it and restart Stingray. You will need to re-add your projects to the project manager.

Let us know if either of those work for you. If it is the latter (clearing appdata) then it would help if you could share the contents of your appdata with us.

Thanks!

Thanks Andrew for helping out!

Clearing the AppData worked out for me! Thanks so much!

What are the information/files that you need?

Do let me know 🙂

If you could share the problematic files from here:

\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Stingray\Settings

This would help us find the exact issue.

Thanks!

Hey Andrew,

Could you pass me your email? I'm concerned about the sensitive information that might be inside so I can't really share on the forums. Hope you understand 🙂
