Hi, a couple months ago we did an archive in one of our smokes systems, we checked that archive in other smoke and it opened good, with video and audio, now we are restoring the same archive in the same both systems and it doesn't the audio, the only thing that has changed is an upgrade from 2016 to 2017 version, could this have anything to do with that?, what could be the problem.
we have the same problem, whenever we try to open an archive written in smoke 2016 or older smoke 2017 reports an error: "Some element(s) were not allocated (allocated 0/1)" and does not open anything at all.
