Sketchbook has too low maximum values set for overlay elements like the layer window. On a high resolution screen (3840x2160 in my case), this becomes a hindrance to productivity as I could be viewing and interacting with more of the UI at one time without scrolling.
Please unlock the height and width limitations on at least the Layers overlay window, and ideally everything that doesn't break the UI.
