Reference layers for desktop
non project related, or parallel folder overlay to store reference images. the reference would; like the tool bars, operate outside of the project file. would perhaps be mapped to the number keys, and have the ability to collage or organize image in a reference folder and; like tool windows , would overlay over the artwork
