Pixel Preview option on Desktop

Pixel Preview option on Desktop

Hey! Just started using Sketchbook on my Surface, really impressed so far. There's only one or two features that would push it from a handy sketching tool when I'm on the go to a potential daily driver. The big one of these is that I want to be able to turn anti-aliasing off on the desktop version.

I'm primarily a comics artist and a lot of my work at the inking & colouring stage involves being at up to 200-300% zoom and making sure lines connect and gaps are closed at the pixel level. This is kind of difficult when the anti-aliasing kicks in as soon as I zoom in, and my view becomes all blurry. I know the option is there in other versions of Sketchbook, and I can see the zoomed-in pixel version when I move the canvas, so this doesn't sound like a difficult feature to add, but this small change would be a huge push towards me using Sketchbook more and recommending it more.

An option to turn off anti-aliasing is a feature I wish to be added into the Sketchbook for desktop, as it's one of the few things that annoy me in this otherwise nice and handy product.

I'm quite perfectionistic when it comes to doing lineart (in comics and other precise works) and want to make my art clean at the pixel level, but it's impossible in the blurred view.

I've tried the other versions of Sketchbook that involve the feature, but I didn't like them as much as the desktop version, so I really hope an anti-aliasing switch would be incorporated into it in the future.

I and other artists have been asking for this feature since at least 2013 and it is one of the primary reasons I switched away from Sketchbook. I'm thrilled the product is free now and am giving it another go... but I am definitely disappointed to see that this was never added in.

I appreciate that feature to alias linework is there, but I'm not really sure what benefit there is to artificially blurring artwork past the 100% zoom level. I need pixel-precise work and the alias just gets in the way. Please add in a menu option to turn it off.
