I tend to use a lot of layers in drawings, so when it is time to color something it ends up being a fairly long process. When using a different layer for color the best way to fill the area quick is to use the "sample all layers" option on the bucket tool. However, this always leaves a gap between outlines and color. I have to use the brush tool to close all these gaps. I propose a new slider that becomes active when "sample all layers" is on that sets a range to "overfill" an area. This expands the area filled slightly so the end of the filled region lands inside the the outline so that no transparent area is visible. Setting the amount to overfill (by pixels) will allow artists to set how much extra area is filled to allow for thinner or thicker outlines with softer or harder edges.
