I design wedding dresses
I would like to use Sketchbook Pro to digitize, manipulate, and store my dress patterns.
I have photos of my patterns with my 1 inch grid pattern paper, and I would like to match these photos with a grid background supplied by Sketchbook. I don't believe that Sketchbook supplies grids for drafting. If they do, please direct me to where they are. If not, I am wondering if I can just find a grid on line and use that. Please advise.
If SketchBook can do this, then a fashion designer can sketch and draft the pattern with one app. I currently own a 72 inch plotter/printer, and I am hoping that I can eventually print the patterns with the proper measurements when I need them. I have over 400 patterns, and I am not in a hurry to do this, however I am hoping to use SketchBook Pro and to finally make room by storing them in a safe place.
