Transferring Brush Sets Between Devices

Hello! I recently got a new laptop and I'm setting up Sketchbook on it. I use the newest version available for free on the website, and I use a Windows 10 computer. On my old laptop, I had lots of custom brushes saved in different named sets. Is there any way I can easily transfer them across computers and not have to remake all my custom brushes and organize them?
