Top toolbar missing

So, at one point last month or something, I took down the toolbar at the top. Like, the one with the paint bucket, symmetry thingamabobber, ruler, etc. And, now, I have no idea how to get it back. I've tried messing with the lagoon settings to find it, but that only brings back the top bar. So, I'm kinda confused. I've tried quitting the software fully and opening it back up, if that makes sense, but that didn't work. What can I do to bring it back? Knowing me, it's probably gonna be something really easy and obvious, lol

I have the same problem except with my brush library, its really handicapping

I know the issue too! But there is a simple solution.
You can reset the UI by clicking on the window menu and select the default layout (desktop version)

In the Windows10 App you can get the same setting on the top right. It is hidden inside the "window" button.
This always worked for me.
