Stylus does not align with brush

Using a Dell XPS with a Dell Active stylus. Using Sketchbook for Enterprise 2019.

Things were fine until today; now the stylus cursor is offset from the brush in Sketchbook, but is perfectly aligned in other programs that use the pen.

I have rebooted a couple times, restarted the program several times, re-calibrated the stylus in Windows 10, and tried the fix on your "Cursor offset issues" web page for Windows 10 (properties-->compatibility-->Disable display scaling on high DPI settings).

What else can I try?

@AnonymousDid you have any luck with this?

I have the same issue on an HP Spectre X360 (late 2019). I have the same issue with multiple styli/styluses (HP Tilt Pen and Wacom Bamboo Ink). I have tried all the fixes - re-calibrated the stylus in Windows 10, and tried the "Cursor offset issues" fix for Windows 10 (properties-->compatibility--> high DPI settings -> high DPI scaling behavior override -> System(enhanced)) - although the instructions online are out of date.

I also checked and I have the latest version (Version 8.7.1  - 2019 11 12 13 11 (Build 4afe8bafe3) running on Windows 10 Version 1909)  installed as suggested by @david.lau

The issue is not that the cursor is out of place - the crosshairs are directly underneath my stylus' point. It's that regardless the cursor, the brush decides to deposit ink about 1mm up and 3mm to the right of the cursor.

Has anyone had any luck with this?

Same problem here.

But I'm using the Lenovo Yoga C-640 and the stylus that comes with it.

Has anybody found a solution to this yet ?

I am using an HP Spectre X360 with 16GB RAM and Intel Ice Lake integrated graphics.

Note, if you report to the developers, please mention to them that a current hack/fix is to maximise the window, minimise it, then expand it again, and then the cursor and stylus align. This is documented on other posts in this forum.

Please do look into it.

This is happening to me too. I have a Microsoft Surface running Windows 10 using a Microsoft Surface pen. Same issue.

Can you check something?

Like you, the crosshair is exactly where my mouse tip is and the app draws about 203mm to the top right. However, when I draw further towards the top right of the screen, it's amplified and ends up being nearly 5mm out. Bottom left and it's perfect.

Devs: I purchased two tablets for myself and my wife and if we use the same pen, I have an issue and she doesn't on her Surface. This issue doesn't occur in any other app such as Mspaint, Photoshop or even Word. Can we please have an update? I've tried all the fixes too.
