Sketches Not Saving

Using sketchbook on my ipad for ages, but suddenly all of my sketches have been deleted and I can't save anything? This issue happening to anyone else?

If your sketches are gone from the Gallery (on iOS), I am afraid to tell you that the sketches maybe gone.

I would save the files to the iCloud in the future.

Same problem for me. I've been trying to figure out what went wrong.

I am having that same problem on android!! It is frustrating and making me want to cry. Luckily O have all my sketches still in the gallery on my phone, but I have no idea if anything is still on the app itself! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail and also trying to restart my phone. Same problem. What makes me mad is that I can't even send Autodesk an email because I'm not "subscribed"! I have never had this problem before an hour ago! Heck, I was even able to save my sketches and access the gallery this morning! I don't know what's going on.
