Sketchbook Marking Menu Customisation

Hi

I've been trying to customise my marking menu on Sketchbook, but it only lets me change the top one (defaults to Zoom)? Any time I try to change the others, it just keeps going back and changing the first one. I'm using the current version of Sketchbook and on Windows 10. Any help is much appreciated!

I've tried that, but it won't let me pick any of the other icons. Literally nothing happens when I try to click on them, they don't turn blue or get highlighted or anything. That's left mouse, right mouse, middle mouse clicking, or with the pen or with the touch screen. Nada. 😞 Maybe I need to reinstall the software or something.

Can you reset SketchBook to default?  Edit > Preferences > Factory Defaults (Select all 3 sections), exit SketchBook and restart it.

Hi

I've still been having the same issue, despite having completely reset the preferences and reinstalled the software several times.

I've taken a video to help explain it better, but this won't let me link it directly. Hopefully this link will work https://photos.app.goo.gl/KveyGqoYM7IeQi1O2
