Sketchbook Freezing

The Sketchbook Windows version is freezing on an Alienware laptop when trying to use it on multiple displays. The application freezes only when additional monitors are added and set to "Extend this Display" It works on "Mirror this Display" but this is not viable because we need to work with multiple monitors.

We are currently using a brand new Alienware laptop (this is set to primary display), a dell docking station, and a Cintiq monitor. We know it is not an issue on our end because we have performed a variety of troubleshooting steps:

-Windows is up to date

-All drivers are up to date

-Deleted temp folders

-Tried reinstalling

-Using a NVIDIA Graphics card, which should be more than efficient for GPU requirements

-Set laptop to Primary Display

-Tried closing the laptop to see if it was GPU overload

-Sketchbook is at most current version/updates

-Sketchbook is set to English

-Sketchbook is set to High Performance in Windows Display Settings

-Sketchbook is the only application this is a problem with

Please let us know if there are any additional troubleshooting steps we are missing, or when this issue will be fixed.

Thank you.

Can you try this version of SketchBook?

The Windows 10 version from the store is designed for Surface devices.

Hi David,

We currently have that version downloaded. Any other troubleshooting advice you may have would be appreciated.

Thanks
