Sketchbook Freezing while working.

So, I wanted to try out Autodesk, as I heard the news that it was free now. I enjoyed it in the past, but I didn't have the money to pay for it... I have installed it and everything, but it seems to freeze my whole computer while I was testing it out. I have looked around on the forum, but I didn't see my questioned answered. While I use it, either to draw or fix the settings, it'll freeze my computer indefinitely. So, I'll always have to restart it by holding the button. The pen pressure and everything works fine. My laptop is a Windows 7 (SP1) 64-bit system, and my tablet is a Huion WH1409 first version. (I know that Autodesk doesn't support Huion products, but I'm sure it isn't my tablet...) Any help would be appreciated, I would love to use this program to the fullest. 😁

Can you try this on a different computer?  If you have Windows 7, make sure to run all the updates on the computer.  Also, you need a decent video card as well.  

 

What type of video card are you running and how much RAM do you have?

Well, The ram is 5.75, with a NVIDIA  Graphics card... I'm not sure on the version, I believe it maybe outdated because I'm updated on everything on my Windows, and this is the only computer I have that functions.

Based off the last post, you may have a more basic level computer.  If you can upgrade to a more powerful computer, SketchBook should work much better.  I am sorry to tell you that.
