Hello. Im having problems with sketchbook, first of all, the program shotsdown constantly. Mainly when I'm trying to save or export, but also when I'm just working.
Second problem: I think that the automatic download of the website of Sketchbook recognized my windows 10 as a mobile device, so the downloaded version is for a tablet or a cell phone for example.
I believe this because I used the app on mobile devices before, and also used the desktop version for months in another computer. So I can recognize the versions, because I bought a new computer and when I downloaded it, I see that this version of sketchbook its the same that I used on my cell phone.
The options availables on this version are less, and setup for mobile devices. (for example, I dont have the option of scaling, because this action on a smarthphone or tablet it's done by three finger movement)
The keyboard shortcuts doesnt work and I dont have the options on the preferences menu for try to change it.
Can you tell me, how to configure the download for desktop?
