pen off set problems

I have sketchbook pro for two years now and had no problem till recently. I had the 2018/ 2019/ 2020/ 2021 versions of sketchbook on my surface pro with windows 10 pro. Now i am experiencing an off set of the point of the pen when using sketchbook. I had try reinstalling all the versions of sketchbook no results. The only thing that works is calibrating my pen each time i turn on sketchbook, and it only works with the 2020 version. 

I would appreciate any help please.

Ran into the same problem. Here are 3/4 of the instructions to fixing your problem. Just scroll down to the portion that says "Windows 10 only":

The reason I say 3/4 is (assuming you are using the surface on windows 10 like I am) when you get to step 4 where it says "Select Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" you more than likely wont see that option. What you are going to want to do instead is click the button that says "Change high DPI settings". Once you do this another window will open. At the top you want to click the first box that says "Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one in settings" then click OK, then Apply. 

Hopefully it fixes your problem like it fixed mine.
