Moved files from internal storage to sd card..

Ver. 8.1.4 on Samsung Galaxy tab a 10.1:  Was getting out of storage messages so moved files to installed sd card (sd card>Sketchbook) and lost them from gallery. How can I recover them?

To re-import the file, you need to do this:

Please note that it will go back into the local device location.  i.e. /Autodesk/SketchBook3

This worked very well. Thank you David. Do you know if Sketchbook can  be set to save and retrieve from the SD card by default? ... (I am not a real whiz at Android as you can tell I'm sure!
