Import Image Problems

I am trying to import jpg images into sketchbook, to layer other information over.

I previously did this (a few weeks ago) but when I now try it says that the image type is not supported at this time.  Has something chnaged?  

They are large images; is there a file size or other size limit?

The error is:

Fail to Open File
The file format or size is not supported yet.

im having the same issue and so far Autodesk hasn't given a fix that I've seen to work

Not really a fix but a work around. I'm having the same issue. I got around it on my Galaxy S9+. First go to sketchbook and start a new project, second go to your device's gallery and find your reference image you want to import, hit share, and share to sketchbook. It will then import in a new layer like before. Its annoying but works.
