I Cannot Open my Drawing File

So, I have been working on an extremely important drawing on Sketchbook, and after a month or two, I finally finished it. I went to export it, but since my computer isn't the best, I noticed my mouse cursor was missing. No big deal, if I restart my computer, the mouse comes back. Since I wanted to export my photo, I needed my cursor, so I saved using Ctrl S and restarted my computer. When I went back to my file and opened it, it said that it couldn't access the file. I'll provide a screenshot below. Normally I would have just started over and cut my losses, but this drawing was very important to me, and I would really like to get it back. Is there a way to retrieve my drawing, or is it lost in the void forever?

Can you try using the DESKTOP version of SketchBook?

Also, try using "Paint" or "Paint 3D" to open the file.  Those apps are default pre-installed Windows programs.
