I'm not sure why but sketchbook won't let me sign in and i can't draw without signing in. I keeps saying that the page was lost of it can't find it or stuff like that. i could use some help..

Can you send me a screen capture of the issue?  

Are you on a Mac or Windows computer?  I need to know the exact version of your operating system.  i.e. Mac 10.12, Windows 7 SP1.
