Glitchy Sketchbook Pro

Hello, I am having some trouble with my desktop Autodest Sketchbook Pro. When I select anything with the select tool or the crop tool, everything disappears inside of my selection. Also, when I hit undo, it undoes things out of order. I tried resizing the image, but that didn't work. I'll try restarting the program after I finish this forum post.

I'm currently not able to get the latest updates on sketchbook.

Any ideas?
