Giving outline to strokes in sketchbook android

Is it possible to give outline to the strokes? Like this for example, I have black stroke and want to give it red outline like in the second picture (obviously I want it to perfectly be around the text, this one is made manually here). Thanks for the help.

This will not be possible.  You need a vector program to do this.  SketchBook is a bitmap program for sketching only.  I am sorry to tell you that.....
