Gallery unresponsive on iPhone XR

When using sketchbook running on iPhone XR (and I assume all other iPhone with iPhone X type screens) the gallery where you access iCloud or local storage, a comprehensive view of your sketches and all those options- is completely unresponsive and glitched out. It acts as though it’s running on a regular screen iPhone (8 or under) throwing part of the option outside of the screen or through the notch. What’s worse is that even the buttons or sketches still visible on the screen CANNOT be pressed. It’s  just frozen. When I force quit the app or even delete and reinstall I still have the same issue, rendering the app basically useless on iPhone XR. I want to access my iPad sketches through iCloud and edit them here! Why can’t I?! They literally updated the app the other day and completely missed the memo on this being a problem because it’s still here! As far as I’m concerned this will on l’y become a more widespread issue as more users switch to the iPhone X line. Autodesk please PLEASE fix this issue or your app is of now use to me.

What version of iOS and SketchBook version are you using?

 

iOS > Settings > General > About

SketchBook > Settings > Scroll down > look for SketchBook

Is there enough space for the app to run? I am afraid that the iPhone crashes due to that. I also heard that the welcome new screen sometimes makes the app glitch out. Maybe you can try to fix potential software issue with an UltFix iOS System Recovery or update the current version to iOS 13.

Did this issue exists when you using another phone ?May you could try to restart your phone or fix your iOS system.
